My Story
I didn’t step into this work just to provide a space for people to talk—I stepped into it because I’ve seen how many people are carrying things they’ve never had the chance to truly process.
Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals across different stages of life, and one thing continues to stand out.
Many people are functioning on the outside—but struggling internally.
They’re managing responsibilities, relationships, expectations, and pressure, while quietly dealing with depression, emotional exhaustion, trauma, or feeling stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand.
And often, they’ve never had a space where they could slow down and really look at what’s going on beneath all of that.
That’s where I meet you.
This is a space where we don’t just talk about what’s happening—we begin to understand it, break it down, and identify what needs to shift so you’re not just getting through life, but actually feeling more stable and in control of it.
